FIIF event on “Bit by bit – improving competitiveness through industrial process optimization” (for Business Management) (Feb 13, 2020, Helsinki, Finland )
FIIF event on industrial process optimization is organised in February 13, 2020. Location Sofia Farm, Klubisali, (Sofiankatu 4) Helsinki. The event starts at 8.45 with registration and coffee, the program starts at 9.15 and ends before 12.
This series of two events (the other one is organized in March) will be arranged in co-operation with IBM Oy and the Finnish Software and e-Business Association. The common theme in both of these events is that companies can improve their competitiveness and profitability not only through business model innovation, but also through more traditional ways, i.e. optimizing their internal business processes (inbound/outbound logistics, materials management, manufacturing etc.).
The first event in February is tailored for business management. Its presentations are at more general level and they aim at raising interest towards process optimization by means of several case examples.
