FIIF Focused Partner Event with 6Aika on “Smart Building and Cities” (Sep 12, 2019, Oulu, Finland)
FIIF Focused Partner Event on Smart buildings takes place Thursday, September 12 in Oulu, Ympäristötalo (Solistinkatu 2). It is a full-day event (9.30-17.30). This event is organized with the 6Aika Community , as part of its “Energiaviisaat kaupungit” (“Energy-savvy cities”) -project, in which the participating cities are looking for new solutions to collect, cultivate, and use building-related data (energy usage, occupancy, environment, etc.). These new solutions will be piloted during 2019 and 2020 in various public buildings.
Title of this full-day seminar is “Energy solutions for the block level – Opportunities in Smart City business environment”, and it is being organized in Oulu. On the agenda are several case examples from Finland (Oulu, Tampere, Smart Otaniemi) and Norway (Trondheim, CityxChange), as well as business case presentations by Siemens and Leanheat.
