FIIF Event (AI in Industry series): “Leveraging ChatGPT and Large Language Models in Industry” (Oct. 19, Helsinki and online)
About one year ago we run a FIIF event with the title “Conversational AI”, but since then ChatGPT has emerged as a massive disrupter. New use cases are constantly being found, especially in marketing, sales, and customer services where ChatGPT and conversational AI can dramatically change online customer experience. Even attitudes are changing: according to a recent survey, 40% of web users don’t care if they are served by a bot or a human as long as they get the services they need.
